Tiny Lacey is just 3 pounds at 10 weeks of age. Best guess is that she is a Shih Tzu/Terrier mix. She will be a lap dog and a wonderful friend! Lacey is too small to be spayed, so adopter must agree to have her spayed. No small children. Because she is a mixed breed, we do not know if she will shed or if she is non-allergic.
