About Gerry

Gerry is a fluffy black male Pomeranian mix that was rescued from a hoarding situation. He is two years old and weighs less than twelve pounds. This cute fluffy pup was really frightened when he first arrived but volunteers have worked hard to make him feel at home. Gerry is settling in now and we are finally beginning to see his true personality. Calm and quiet, this pup prefers to take things slow when meeting new people. Once you form a bond with him, Gerry will be your devoted best friend. This shy little fella would do well in a home with an adult or family with older children. He gets along well with other dogs that respect his space. Gerry is especially fond of his pal Lance that was rescued from the same home. Both dogs enjoy snuggling together and spending time outside in our play yard. We would be over the moon if they were adopted together, but both would do fine in a home with another calm companion. Gerry may need additional housetraining until he adjusts to his new surroundings. A home with a fenced in backyard would be ideal to keep him safe when outside. Gerry is fully vetted and ready to spend the best years of his life with you.
