George is a wonderful little fella. He is charming and focused, curious and loving . Fostered with several dogs, he loves to get in the mix and play and is welcoming to all new fosters that come in. George is affectionate and really enjoys belly rubs. This 10 week old Pit terrier mix is a healthy 15 pounds, Rescued with his sister Mary and brother Clarence from a cage at neighborhood flea market, a good soul bought all three for 75 dollars and Vintages Racers for Rescue along with PetConnect Rescue stepped in. This fee DOES NOT INCLUDE spay/neuter if the pup is not already spayed/neutered. If the animal you are adopting is not already spayed/neutered, you will be required to sign a contract legally obligating you to have the animal altered. There will also be a 100 dollar fee held until the pup is altered Puppies require an adopter who is home a good part of the day to continue their training - no exceptions! They are up-to-date on age appropriate vaccines and preventatives and will need to be spayed/neutered at the age of 6 months. Please note, this pup's immune system will not be fully functioning until about 16 weeks of age and therefore, s/he is not suited for Apartment/Condo living or Town homes without a private fenced yard and will not be able to go to public places where s/he could possibly be exposed to the germs of unvaccinated dogs, such as PetSmart/PetCo and dog parks until s/he is 16 weeks old
