About Mavis

Mavis was found under an abandoned building with 3 pups. She was completely bald with sores and tested positive in a skin scrape for Demodex mange. In early November she received her treatment which consisted of antibiotics, medicated baths, and Bravecto. The vet said that there is a possibility that her hair follicles are so damaged that she may never fully grow her hair back. Her skin has healed and she has had a little peach fuzz pop up. She has the most gentle temperment and loves attention. She deserves the world and we are hoping that someone will love her unique appearance and personality equally.
