About JOEY

This sweet boy is Joey! Joey is 6 year old, 8 pound Chihuahua mix who was owner surrendered due to a family move. Joey is a great little guy who will be a wonderful companion for someone! He is easy going and loves to sit in a chair with his person, and sleeps on their pillow at night. Joey gets along with the other dogs in his foster home, and he would like a home with other dogs. He lived in a home with cats previously. We think he will be fine with kids who know how to treat a small dog. Joey knows how to walk on a leash and will enjoy going for walks in his new neighborhood. He also enjoys being outside sniffing around the yard and will probably enjoy having a safe fenced yard to explore. He is fully potty trained,and as an added bonus, knows how to use a doggy door! Joey has been to the vet for a wellness check, is up to date on shots, neutered, fecal tested, heartworm negative, has had a 12-month ProHeart heartworm prevention shot, and is microchipped with a lifetime registration.
