About Penny

Penelope ( Penny ) Lane is definitely a unique character. She was rescued, and we have reasons to believe that she did not have a great up-bringing. She is a very anxious and skittish dog , and will need a lot of time and TLC. She does shy away and flinch when you go to pet her so you definitely have to move slowly with her . She has been around other dogs and cats and she gets along with them well; however, she is VERY hyper and tends to not understand when other animals do not want to play. We unfortunately are trying to rehome her because she has snapped at us multiple times unprovoked, and it is getting to the point where I am uncomfortable being around her. We have tried helping her , but nothing is working . We do not have the funds or time to get her into training . We believe it would be best to find her a new home that can offer her those things. I would also like to disclose that she does have skin allergy issues that have resurfaced.
