About Roxy

Roxy is looking for a human mother to keep her safe. She does have some separation anxiety so a retired woman or one that works from home would be best for her. She loves to snuggle, go on walks and play with other dogs. She does not like a lot of people in her home at one time or to be blindsided by someone trying to pet her unexpectedly. She is a bit protective of her human mom so slow introductions are best. Jilly loves to explore the neighborhood. She is used to a fenced backyard but not a must. However, a private place to do her business is her preference. She does need rugged toys similar to Kong toys, nylabones or benebones or be prepared to pick up stuffing or pieces of the toy. She has been spayed, micro-chipped and is up to date on vaccines. She weighs in at 26 pounds and does no need to gain any weight!!
