About Uni (short of Unicorn)

Uni (short for Unicorn) is half New Guinea Singing Dog (NGSD) and half mixed breed of unknown origin. NGSD behave and look the most like Shiba Inus. We foster, rehabilitate and study this breed of dog at Edensong Haven. It is a rare breed and not many mixes of Singing Dogs are out in the world. Ideally, Uni's adopter will allow us to stay in contact and send us photos and updates regarding her life so that we may document it for our studies. Uni is extremely loving and wants to snuggle all of the time! She is currently eight weeks old and is ready for her new family! Uni will come having been wormed and with her first set of shots. Uni will most likely crave outside time and will be a very good digger and climber! She will need a large, secure fenced yard with dig-guard, or a human who will walk her several times a day. We expect her to be fairly high energy with a wicked prey drive. Uni will do best on a diet of raw meat and kibble. She will come with an instruction booklet regarding her mother's rare breed, and the proper care of NGSD's along with what to expect in regards to behaviour, etc.
