Name: Max Age: 4-5 months Breed: 14# Miniature Aussie/Dachshund Sex: Male, not neutered Location: Jasper County, MO Vet Information: Max is not neutered, not microchipped, and not up to date on shots. He has not had a heartworm test. Max was born blind and deaf. He appears to be healthy except for his sight and hearing. Owner Information: Max's current owner is unable to continue to provide care for Max because of work commitments and because of Max's extra needs with being blind and deaf. Max is currently living with another dog, a mini Aussie who is his mother. He is described as an indoor dog with the run of the house. He is not house broken or leash trained yet (he is 4-5 months old). Max is an outgoing puppy, but he can be shy at times. He is good with all ages of people, all other dogs, cats, and small animals. Max is not possessive of treats, toys, or food, and he has never shown aggression to a person or other animal. He has no bite history. Max's owner would like you to know: 'He is nervous to new surroundings due to his disability but adapts quickly. He is a good dog for sure!'
