This little boy is Hash. He was born November 11th and is one of a litter of nine. Hash is curious and inquisitive puppy. His mom Daisy is a German Shepherd mix and weighs 55 pounds. Daddy was a traveling man and didn't leave us a clue as to his identity. Hash and his littermates weigh between 8 and 10 pounds currently Mama Daisy was found as a stay in rural Oklahoma. We committed to her as soon as we found out about her. She has on her way to the vet to get a health certificate to travel to Iowa and started delivering her puppies. She finished delivering 12 hours later with nine puppies. She and her puppies stayed in Oklahoma with a temp foster for two weeks before they come to their foster home here in Iowa. Litters of puppies can have multiple daddies. We DNA tested Peaches in this litter. She is 40% German Shepherd, 15% Border Collie, 12% Australian Shepherd, 7% Labrador Retriever, and 6% Australian Cattle Dog, the other 20% was supermutt. Hash is ready to meet potential adopters now. He will be ready to go to his forever home about January 26th. Hash will have been neutered and had the first two of three required distemper/parvo vaccinations. His adopters will be responsible for his third distemper/parvo booster at 14 weeks and his rabies vaccine at 16 weeks. Hash is doing great at his house training but is a young puppy, so his forever home needs to have the ability to get him out to potty every 4 hours throughout the day until'he is older.'Hash requires a physically fenced yard to run and play safely. If you would like to meet Hash, please complete the adoption application on our'website at www.furfunrescue.org.' If you'have questions about'Hash, please contact [email protected] or call 319-929-6657.' Adopters must be within a two-hour radius of Cedar Rapids, IA.' Indoor homes only.' Adoption donation $250.'
