About Poppy

Poppy is a sweet 2 year old / 12 lb chiweenie (dachshund/chihuahua) girl in need of a forever home with a fenced-in yard where she can be the one and only dog. Her owner reached out to us for help because Poppy was not getting along with other dogs in her RV park and she felt it best if Poppy went to a home where there were no other dogs. She loves Poppy and wants the best for her...and so do we! Poppy is a very well behaved little girl that needs an owner who is home most of the time (or at least is not gone for long periods of time) as she has separation anxiety. We believe in time and with training this can be overcome so a patient and experienced owner is essential.
