About Winston from Walgreens

Winston is a sweet boy that was found living in a Walgreens parking lot in Puerto Rico. Scrounging for scraps in the hot sun, no water around. Sadly this is not a unique situation down in Puerto Rico. It's not uncommon to see dogs that were once pets, dumped and left to fend for themselves. Winston is one of the few lucky ones to have made it off the island and is now in the Boston area in a board and train facility. The ideal home for Winston is a quiet one with one or two humans to call his own. Someone who likes being home. Winston is a bit nervous, sometimes scared - who knows what this poor boy has been through before he was rescued. Winston will do best in a home without cats, dogs or kids. He just wants to be a couch potato with his human and live a peaceful life full of naps and belly rubs. We are open to covering ongoing training for Winston once he finds the perfect home.
