About Patricia

Adoption Fee: $350
Lab mix
Age: Young Adult
Sex: Female

Introducing our sweet Patricia! She was unfortunately returned after her past owners could no longer fit her needs. Patricia is estimated to be a 3 %BD year old lab mix that weighs 83 pounds. Like many of us, Patricia wants to share her New Year resolution of losing some weight so she can be a healthy weight again. She loves being outside and watching people go by. Patricia loves toys and will run after them. One of her favorite hobbies is chewing on bones while laying on a comfortable dog bed. She has been working with MCS dog training and has lived with different dogs but is working on her introductions to new dogs. She needs to be in a home by herself with no other dogs but this does not make her any less lovable! Cats are not recommended in Patricia's forever home. Patricia is happiest loving her humans and second happiest playing with her favorite green ball. Patricia loves everyone that she meets and is good with kids of all ages. This energetic, loving girl is house and crate trained. Patricia is an expert leash walker and enjoys long walks. She rides well in a car. Patricia is a quick learner and aims to please. Patricia will require an experienced owner that will guide her to success. She is a happy-go-lucky dog and hopes to find a family that will continue her training and socialization. Thanks to MCS Dog Training, Patricia comes with a free training session to whoever adopts her to help set them up for success. Patricia is spayed, up to date on vaccines, heartworm negative and is fostered in New Freedom, PA We are PA Caring for K-9's, an all-breed dog rescue that is solely run by volunteers. Most of our dogs are rescued from high kill shelters in the South. If the dog is posted, they are still available! Once arriving, these dogs enter foster homes, as we do not have a shelter. We cannot adopt out dogs to a home with dogs that are not fixed or up to date on shots. If interested in adopting, please submit an application online at www.pack9rescue.org. Our adoption fee for altered dogs is $350 and goes directly to saving the lives of more dogs. Our adoption fee for unaltered puppies will be $400 which includes a refundable $50 deposit upon receipt of spay/neuter certificate. We are an all-volunteer organization, and we are always looking for more help.
