About Shelby

Shelby is a former noncertified service dog for my son who was wheelchair bound. She is bright, semi trained and easily trainable. She can pick up items off the floor and hand them to you and she is good on a leash. She is mostly a house dog and lets you know when she has to go to the bathroom. She was trained at one time to push her nose on bells to ask to do outside, she can be retrained again. She loves to play fetch and loves her toys. I am getting older and had to downsize from a house to an apartment and I am unable to meet her needs. She needs a yard to play and children to show her love. She is good with cats and other dogs, she is food aggressive so she will need to be fed apart from any animals. She is a pure breed Chocolate Labrador but I never registered her because she is fixed.
