About Smiles for Miles

'Hey, hey! My name is Smiles for Miles... why? Well, because I've got the best dang smile that there ever was. I am a 1-2 year old Mixed Breed that was hoping to land a forever spot with you... maybe? I came to SVASC when my owner was forced to move and unfortunately, just couldn't take me with. I won't lie, the transition to shelter life has been a little tricky, but I think that I'm navigating it pretty well. I am a high energy dog and while I may be large, I still think that I'm a tiny puppy. I will need a family that is able to work with me so that I can learn how to be the best boy ever. I am a smart and motivated pup, so some positive reinforcement and repetition will go along way! In my previous home, I was living with kitties; SVASC think that I would do okay in a home with dog-savvy cats again. I am also good with other dogs, but I like to play rough, so be sure to bring your pup by to meet me. I should do okay with kiddos, as well, but I am a big boy and when I'm excited, I forget my size. Sooooo.... can I come home with you? My adoption fee is $125 to an approved adopter.
