About Takeo

Takeo is simply wonderful! We don't know his past, but it's speculated that it wasn't very nice. Takeo has no reaction to dogs, but will retreat if one starts barking around him. It's taken him a while to feel safe eating and he still looks for permission. Takeo has grown to love attention and can sometimes be a little bit bossy with trying to get a rub (grabs at arm like he would a dog). He's working on this and learning to 'be easy'. Takeo has learned 'sit' and 'stay' and is very eager and quick to learn. He's house trained, crate trained (as long as you throw a treat in there) and doesn't chew his bed or toys. He's overall just a really chill boy with a big heart and looking for someone to love him. Non-reactive to my birds, gentle with kids (would recommend no young kids due to possible jumping). He is about a year old and 60-65 lbs. Adoption fee is $250 unless you are a senior, veteran, or first responder, then adoption fee will be $200.
