We love our seniors.......why??... Quiet, calm, relaxed and they take time to enjoy the simple things in life...like pretty Jayme here. We need your HELP today Jayme is finding her self with out a home and Leica's 'Saving Paws' Rescue does all they can to help...how could we say no?? We will be picking this sweet senior up tomorrow and she will be going into boarding...not where we want a senior to spend her days but we have to get her somewhere safe Sweet female 9-10 years old House trained, people, and dog friendly ***NO CATS*** Jayme would do best in a home with older children, as she's a mature girl she prefers a calm home **Update from foster** Jayme is remarkably sprightly for a lady her age. Back legs seem sound and she trots and gallops around the back yard - she's got some speed! she's handling dry kibble like a champ and doesn't seem to be in any pain. She was chewing on an old bone earlier. She appears to have cataracts but can see well enough. She is having a great Day Two today! No urinary or digestive issues observed. She responds to commands and conversation like she's been here forever and learned to use the doggie doors before bedtime last night. Absolutely no behavior issues with the pack. She's a good companion, rode very well in the car, and just wants to be next to me and nap. What a good girl!!
