Phil was adopted from us 6 years ago and came back to us to no fault of his own, because a young family member is allergic. Phil is good with cats and happy to have a feline friend. He does great with older, mature children. Phil is good with other small dogs, but only dogs relatively close to his size or smaller. Phil is house broken and good on a leash. He loves his people and gets separation anxiety, so he needs a home where he rarely needs to be left alone.
