About Finn

Good Afternoon, unfortunately I am in the circumstances to need to find a new home for my 2 y/o beagle mix. During feeding on 12/14 he bit my child and we can no longer keep him in the home. He is currently in his 10 day post-bite quarantine at Bryan County Animal Control. Since I have a young child and another on the way, with food aggression being such a difficult behavior to modify we need to find him a new home. Preferably without small children. He is great with other dogs and adults (has never been around cats) loves to play, and is UTD on heartworm, flea and tick preventions, and vaccinations. I am unable to bring him back into my home after the quarantine, so me fostering until adoption would not be an option. Please let me know if you have any space for this sweet boy, he has never shown aggression before this, so I am not 100% sure what the trigger was. He is a nervous boy, and it takes him a while to get used to things like the vacuum cleaner, mop and other spooky house cleaning devices.
