About Molly

!!URGENT!! WILL BE EUTHANIZED NEXT!! Molly is a beautiful 8 year old pittie who is very friendly and looking to find a home. Her previous owner was arrested right in front of her, and to protect them she lunged at the police when they tried to grab her. This left her labeled as a 'dangerous dog,' where she was kept 24/7 in a kennel in a back of a building in Baldwin Park Shelter (HIGH KILL shelter) since August. Recently she was behaviorally assessed and shown to be friendly with both people and dogs, so she is now available for adoption. Volunteers have been spending time with her, and she is an absolute sweetheart (as can be seen in the links below with videos of her). Unfortunately the shelter has not given her as much time to find a home as the other dogs because of her past, so she is now considered THE MOST URGENT dog there and is at risk of being euthanized in the coming days. A good forever home or a foster is needed ASAP to save Molly's life.
