This is why we try to learn as much about their story as possible. They are bonded and separated at the shelter. The first time they were there we had no idea they came together. This is why we believe they all deserve a chance. This is why we are trying so hard to reunite these two lovebirds. This is love. Mimi and Bullet Please help. They desperately need YOU! We promised the shelter that somehow they would be out by the weekend.....and now we are almost out of time, again. These love birds had a deadline to be out of the shelter by close Wednesday and need placement before it's too late. This is Mimi. She is sweet as pie and terrified at the city shelter with boyfriend, Bullet, too. We recognized this beautiful girl from this summer noted as a confiscate eviction at the shelter, pregnant and dirty (picture in comments). We did not know she was brought in with another dog at that time. They were reclaimed in June and are back at the city shelter as a police confiscate, placed in a restricted hall almost a month ago when their owner was incarcerated. They have recently relocated into gen pop and can be transferred to rescue but need to move out ASAP. We know a lot of rescues and fosters are full but here is the video of them getting the chance to see each other. It will melt your heart as they truly love each other.
