In danger of being outside during freezing nights. This is a stray that tried to join my pack. But he growled out of anxiety & there was a scuffle. PACC & another neighbor tried to approach & catch him with no luck. He willingly walks from an outside crate to an outside dog run when I switch dogs around after all my dogs are in the house. I will not chance injury of my other dogs, yet when he first showed up he was fine around two of them. He's just scared, but I can only hand him treats through a fence and he doesn't growl at me anymore when I open gates for him to get to food. He growls and nips at strangers. I can't keep this up. And it's not a good way for this dog to exist.
