Meet 2 year old Tucker. Tucker is a Shepard Corgi cross (think german shepard with really short legs) who spent the first 6 months of his life as a stray in the north, when his currently family saw and adopted him. We aren't sure what those first 6 months were like for Tuk, but he is now over his food aggression and touch sensitivity. Now he cant get enough touching! He is neutered, fully vetted and has done two levels of training, knowing most commands and a few tricks. Sadly we can't afford Tuk's medical bills and are moving into a motorhome, so we can't provide him with the space he needs to run. He is a super energetic enthusiastic guy with an insatiable appetite for fun, and cuddles. He lives with a cat and another dog, and uses his shepard voice to get what he wants, usually attention. He really is the sweetest little charmer ever; he could charm the socks off a sheep! Tuk has to have knee surgery which involves a 12 plus week recovery, so whomever takes him will need to deal with that right away. His diet is restricted too, but that is not expensive unless you feed him the wrong things and he gets ill. This guy deserves a stable, loving, forever home which we cannot provide any longer. He is on south Vancouver Island currently and we hope he stays close so we can visit on occasion. Tuk will come with a few pet supplies and is no cost to the right family.
