Spots, an American Bulldog mix is currently available to be rehomed to a family that has no other dogs, kids, and is experienced with the breed. We are helping Spot's owner find a new home due to his current handler being unable to handle spots due to aggressive behavior towards strangers and dogs. Below, is a description of Spots from the owner: 'Spots was for sale too early (around 6 weeks) in the back of a pick up truck in NC. He and his brother were dehydrated, overheated, and covered in fleas. We bought them both and rushed them to the vet. We bottle fed him for a week or so. He was always a cuddler and loved to be right by my side. He got along great with my kids and the other pups in our rescue pack until he matured. Once he matured, Spots had trouble being around other dogs. He's not aggressive towards anyone in our family, but he is skittish and nervous. His fear can make him aggressive towards strangers. He has some resource guarding over his food and water bowls. He is very strong and needs a strong, confident handler that is familiar with the breed. He should NOT go to a home with other male dogs or kids. ' If you are interested in adopting spots, please call/text(preferred).
