Lucky is a 10-month old mixed puppy from Mexico. A neighbor gave him to me in critical condition several months ago (coronavirus!), and I took care of him while he recovered. He is now healthy and athletic. As I am not in a position currently to have a pet long-term, it is time for him to find his forever home. Lucky would do best in a multi-person home or family, especially if you have other dogs. He is extroverted (actually a bit of a party animal), loves to play with other dogs, and is constantly the one to start up games of chase at the dog park. He's a great hiking/running dog, is excellent off-leash in the woods, can sleep in a tent, and would be great at agility sports or as a shed hunting/foraging assistant. He has no major behavioral concerns, though he still has some puppy excitement! He is house-trained, knows some basic commands, and would improve on other manners (not jumping on new friends, recall, etc.) with consistent positive-reinforcement training. Asking reimbursement for some of the flea/tick prevention, food, and other items that will come with him. Please respond with a little information about your situation.
