About Otis and Pepper

Pepper and Otis are a friendly and loving pair of bonded Shar Pei looking for a loving guardian together. Pepper is a 40-pound, female black Shar Pei. Otis is a 55-pound, male cream Shar Pei. These two absolutely adore each other but prefer not to share a home with other dogs. They love their people and are generous with kisses and tail wags. They'd be best in a home with teens and adults. They are housebroken and well-behaved in the home. This energetic and happy dog is busy and bonds strongly with her person. She is not good with visitors including neighbors, family, friends, and children. So, her behavior will need to be managed. They are healthy, spayed/neutered, de-wormed, up-to-date on vaccines, micro-chipped, heartworm-tested, and on monthly heartworm preventative. Otis has intermittent ear infections as do many Shar Pei. They are currently at the rescue headquarters in Plano, Illinois. Their adoption fee of $375 benefits the rescued pets of Pei Land Shar Pei Rescue.
