About Pepe

Looking for a sweet boy to look deeply into your eyes, go for walks in the park, be your snuggle buddy and smile lovingly at you with a toothy underbite? You need to meet Pepe! Pepe came to us after losing a back leg to a traumatic injury but it hasn't affected his spirit. Everyone who meets this 30-lb cutie can see how much love and joy he brings to each new day. Start your new year by providing a happy life full of love, treats and soft beds to this 18 month old boxer mix. Pepe may do best with another confident dog in his home and with a person(s) who will not leave him home alone for extended periods of time. He is currently in a foster home and loves to play with his active foster sister, chew on bones, play fetch, sunbathe, and dissect squeakers out of plush toys. He is house and crate trained, enjoys car rides, uses a dog door, and walks nicely on a leash. Pepe will need someone committed to his training and confidence building, especially around men and will shower you with unconditional love in return.
