Anyone in Florida who is interested in adopting my 11 month old American Bulldog or from a foster home to care for him until the problem is resolved? The housing complex is forcing me to leave it. He weighs 75 pounds, he is not neutered yet, he has all his vaccinations up to date, he takes Trifexis, which is a preventative for heart, intestinal and external (flea) parasites. My Thucker is a sweetheart, super playful, he loves children, he likes to be around other dogs but even so he does not control his emotion when he sees them and he becomes clumsy, not aggressive but because of his size he is usually a bit rough when wanting to play with them. As with cats, he wants to play with them but it is very intense to want to do so, super hyper, he is alert all the time, watching the game all the time, he is happy. With people he is super sweet and affectionate, a giant baby. He walks on the leash but needs more training due to his imperactivity. He is a house and kennel trained. He behaves quite well when we go out in the car. We are in Avon Park, Florida, in central Florida. It hurts my soul to do this %BD%BD%BD%BD because I love Thucker but I have no other choice. Will there be a foster home interested in taking care of him while I solve my problem?
