About Jafar Ball Python

Adoption Fee: $150.00
Reptile/Amphibian
Age: Young Adult

Hi! My name is Jafar! I was surrendered to the shelter because my previous person had to move into school housing and I was not allowed to go with. The shelter then transferred to rescue to help me to find my forever home. Fun Fact about me! While I am a little shy at first, I do enjoy social time! Curling around your hand or arm is my favorite thing to do! I'm a young snake and I love being held and checking out new things! Being nocturnal, I spend most of the day sleeping in my hide but I do like to come out in the evening to socialize. My foster mom says 'This snake is cool, loves to come out of his hide in the night around 8pm. Very sweet temperament. He is a chill buddy, likes to just chill out watching TV with him. My species can live a long and healthy life of up to 30 to 40 years. Bringing me into your family is a lifelong commitment, for both of us! Adult female ball pythons will average 3 to 5 feet long, and adult male ball pythons average 2 to 3 feet in size. As a full adult I can weigh between 3 and 5 lbs. I will require my own habitat that is secure with the right diet, habitat, substrate, temperature, and humidity. Don't worry, the rescue will provide you with all the information that you will need to prepare for my arrival.
