Ice is a young senior (9 years old) who had a broken leg and it was neglected for several years-to the point it was swollen and causing severe pain, so the vet made the decision to amputate. He is with his medical foster in Norco CA until Dec. 14, then he will be coming to his foster in Portland looking for his final forever home. This boy has a story, as sometimes his foster will find him lying on the back of her couch gazing out the window remembering....who knows what? He is very mobile, runs up and down her stairs, follows the contractors everywhere, and enjoys being in the middle of activity as long as he has a place of his own, such as his own crate (door open of course) or a corner where he can get out of the way. Ice doesn't require much exercise, maybe just a walk once a day around the neighborhood. His blanket and bunny were made for him by a great group of ladies in SoCal, and those items will come with him! Let us know if you would like to give this young senior a place to land for his remaining years and we'll set you up with his fabulous foster mom for a meet and greet! Neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and groomed, this handsome guy is ready. More pictures are available!
