About Blackjack

I'm Blackjack - and let me tell you, you would be pretty lucky if you won my heart! I am a sweet and happy 1 year old black and brown lab mix about 70lbs - that's right I'm going to be a big boy! I can be a little shy at first but I warm up quickly. I love other dogs and people and I am a huge fan of outdoor play. I'm a big boy as you can see so maybe the really little people might not be the best for me just because I might knock them over when I don't mean to. I hope you're feeling lucky and find out about me soon - I'm a happy boy and ready to start my new life! All of The Right to Live dogs are fostered locally in San Antonio Texas and will be transported to other states to their new families upon adoption. We believe fostering dogs and not having them decompress in a kenneled environment is more beneficial for the dogs and builds their trust and companionship in a family situation. Adoption fee includes transportation costs, previous/current medical treatment (spay/neuter, etc.) and a health certificate for cross-state travel.
