About Nala

Nala is a sweet but nervous girl that has a lot of love to give! She needs time to warm up to most people, but once she does she is the best cuddle buddy ever. Nala was given to us by someone who was moving and could not take her with, however she is extremely anxious around young children and would be better suited to an adult only/older child household. We have had her about a year and a half. Nala is an excellent trail buddy and will stay close by while off leash. In fact, she is the opposite of an escape artist and won't wander away from her humans even with ample opportunity. She is eager to please and would thrive with someone who has time to train her. I am personally really sad to have to rehome Nala, but it's the right choice for her and our children. Nala needs to be the only dog in the house & would do best in someplace with a yard. She does ok with cats & mostly just wants to sniff them. She can be intimidating when you first meet her because she's extremely anxious around new people.
