The dog doesn't understand he is no longer needed to protect and defend. He thought that is why his human loved him. Now 'Scooby', who was abandoned at a cleared-out homeless encampment with 9 other dogs is on the euthanasia list at City of San Bernardino Animal Services because he's 'barrier reactive.' Scooby is only available to rescues who are partnered with the shelter #A542330 is an unaltered male. Shelter staff think he's about 3 years old.
