About Cowboy

URGENT FOSTER/ADOPTER NEEDED: This Jack Russel mix was found as a stray by the Good Sam. Named Cowboy for the time being. Sadly, it's been a month and no one claimed this poor boy. The Good Sam could not keep him any longer, so she surrendered him to the shelter. I truly want to help Cowboy, but need a committed foster or better yet an adopter! The Good Sam told me Cowboy is good with people & kids and with other dogs! He enjoys snuggling up with people although it takes him some time to know he is safe and secure, especially with men. Soon he would it let you rub his belly and give you kisses. It's best that he be the only dog in the home, so he may soak up all of your love and attention. He is looking for a home with an enclosed, escape-proof yard because he likes to look through holes in the fence and see what is going on. He deserves this second chance.
