About Louie

Louie is a sweet animal who enjoys being with people but struggles with fear/anxiety in stressful situations and because of this has bitten two family members. He listens well and is physically the healthiest Dane we've ever had. I would definitely not use the word 'aggressive' to describe him, but his anxiety has driven us to a point where we can no longer leave him with my parents who will be empty nesters soon. He has to go down on November 30th, at 5:30 pm CST if we cannot find anyone to take him. I am currently making last-ditch efforts to get find him a home or sanctuary in the hopes that he is able to use his unusually healthy body for his age for the remaining three or four years of his life.
