About Michi

**PLEASE READ MICHI'S BIO BEFORE INQUIRING. THANK YOU** Meet Michi, our beautiful and sweet Min Pin/Doxie mix who is about 3 years old and approximately 12lbs. Michi was rescued from a bad situation where she was left outside 24/7 with her puppies, never being allowed into the home. The dogs would go under the house for cover from the bad weather and would only receive food when it was literally thrown on the cement for them to fight over. Michi is now safe and loved in her foster home, her puppies have been adopted. We see that she needs a very specific home. She is a dog that needs a home that does not care about her having to go on walks or out and about with them. We see that she is absolutely petrified to leave the home and in doing so, she could be a flight risk. We can only place her with owners that are ok with her just hanging out with them at home. She should not be taken out unless it's for the vet. She is absolutely fine being at home and actually is the happiest when she is snuggled on the couch or in bed with you. She is a total snuggle bug and loves to show affection! She's a great eater, but a fast eater and requires a 'slow feeder' bowl, so she doesn't eat too quickly. She came to us with bad skin and will need a home that will feed her a good high quality dry food along with some wet food and incorporate some home cooking into it. We want her in a home that has another sweet and loving dog that won't mind her sharing a dog bed with them or allowing her to snuggle up next to them on the couch. A non chaotic home, adult only home, with owners who are home bodies would be best for this little lady. We need owners that are retired or work from home. She will come very nervous, but with lots of patience, time and love...she will blossom into the best dog ever!
