About Maybelle

Meet Maybelle! Maybelle is a high energy, 8 month old lab mix that weighs 35 lbs. Maybelle is a playful, goofy puppy that loves playing with all her toys and other dogs. She loves hopping up on the sofa with you and giving kisses. Maybelle loves toys and runs after them for a while before she gets tired. She is housebroken and crate trained. Maybelle is good with other dogs (currently is fostered with 2 other dogs small and large), kids of all ages, and is pretty submissive. She loves running around the yard with her dog friends. Her current foster home does not have cats, but lived with cats in AL. Maybelle is working on becoming a professional leash walker and is learning basic commands.She likes to explore new places and would make an excellent hiking buddy. Maybelle does well on car rides and is a playful girl that aims to please. Maybelle is up to date on vaccines, spayed, heartworm negative, and being fostered in New Freedom, PA We are PA Caring for K-9's, an all breed dog rescue that is solely run by volunteers. Most of our dogs are rescued from high kill shelters in the South. If the dog is posted, they are still available! Once arriving, these dogs enter foster homes, as we do not have a shelter. We cannot adopt out dogs to a home with dogs that are not fixed or up to date on shots. If interested in adopting please submit an application online at www.pack9rescue.org. Our adoption fee for altered dogs is $300 and goes directly to saving the lives of more dogs. Our adoption fee for unaltered puppies will be $350 which includes a refundable $50 deposit upon receipt of spay/neuter certificate.
