About Diesel

URGENT FOSTER/ADOPTER NEEDED! Everyone, meet handsome boy Diesel. He's just turned 2 years old on 11/24. Sadly, Diesel is at risk of losing his precious life if we don't find him a loving forever home! The parents of Diesel's owner do not want Diesel to go back to their son. He lives in his van and is in and out of jail. Diesel has already been to the shelter once and almost didn't make it out alive. Thankfully the parents were able to get him out safe and sound in the nick of time. They do not want Diesel to go back to their son. They feel they would rather put Diesel to sleep than return him back to their son. This is so heartbreaking!! Sadly, Diesel wasn't treated nicely by the people at the shelter when he was in there, so now it takes him a little while to warm up to people. But once he knows he's safe and you love him, he will be a wonderful sweet loving companion. He just needs someone who will be patient with him and love him and have compassion for the life he has endured in his 2 short years. No young children, please. Older children preferably. He is a bit scared of men, so it will take him some time to know he is safe and loved. He's dog friendly!! No small dogs though. It's because he likes to play on the rough side and it's sometimes too much for the smaller dogs. Will you please open your home and your heart to Diesel? He deserves to live and be loved and be apart of a family. Adoption process needs to be 100% approved.
