About Ammo

Ammo is a rambunctious Siberian Husky mix (not certain what he is mixed with) who loves his daily evening walks, enjoying a variety of treats, and taking long naps after some quality playtime! He knows how to sit, speak, shake with both paws, leave it, high five, spin, and kiss! Ammo is super social around new people and dogs. He will become jumpy and vocal when he wants to play with someone. He is a biiig fan of dog parks due to his social personality! Not too sure how he is with cats due to lack of interaction with them. Ammo does love being around people at all times and becomes very attached to whoever he is constantly surrounded by. He loves to hang out with you wherever you go and will cuddle close during bedtime. However, he does have severe separation anxiety. He becomes destructive when left alone with nothing to do for too long (chews on slippers, jumps on door[s] that lead into the house, chews on fence door, loud whimpering/crying). He needs someone who has and will take the time to work on this in order to make him more independent. The only time Ammo will spend time on his own is if he's chewing on a bully stick or any other chew treat that'll keep him busy for a while. Overall, compared to most huskies, Ammo is on the calmer end of the spectrum (when around people). He does have his bursts of energy, but that does not last too long and he'll end up spending most of his day relaxing on any cushiony surface to nap or hanging around his favorite people. Ammo is full of lots of love and happiness, and will do a number of silly things that'll always put a smile on your face.
