About URGENT S.O.S

Layla is a mixed breed 7 1/2 year old female. My family has had her her whole life but due to my dad having cancer we have had to move and can no longer keep her. We believe she is mixed with a Rhodesian ridgeback because a ridge does appear down her back when she barks. She is spayed and up to date on her shots. She is in great health and weighs about 35-40 pounds. She eats dry food only but will lick your plate if you offer it. She takes a heart worm chewable tablet monthly. She wears a flee collar that we change out every 6 months She takes an anxiety pill daily prescribed from her vet. This has helped tremendously with barking. She loves to play and run around outside and deserves a backyard. She loves to cuddle and has always slept in bed with my younger sister. She is good with older kids who can respect a dog's boundaries. She does not get along well with other dogs but is great with cats (she is a little scared of them at first but warms up). We use a training collar with her that vibrates and beeps and she responds wonderfully with it especially in new settings. She is a great, loving dog and we are so sad to have to find her a different home.
