About Drew

Drew is an absolute gorgeous brindle Staffie that needs his forever home. He was rescued from a kill shelter in the nick of time. Sadly, his owners never came for him which is incredibly hard to believe given how perfect of a dog Drew is. He is incredibly smart and SO well behaved. He knows basic commands and has a very calm demeanor yet he's still very playful and loves a nice big yard to run around in chasing all the squirrels and soaking up the sun. He is great around children, gets along with dogs and loves everyone he meets. Drew is one of those dogs that is super receptive and easy to train so someone who will spend time with him teaching him new tricks would be ideal. He has real potential to be a Frisbee champ and would love to be someone's hiking or running buddy. Drew is the kind of dog you can take places - from the time he gets in the car until you reach your destination, he will sit calmly and patiently content to be by his human and just people watch. At home, he doesn't counter surf and you can put a piece of meat within his reach and he won't even try to grab it when you're not looking. He is a perfect gentleman and will stand behind you and wait for you to open the door and he will never chew your shoes or other belongings. He loves to watch TV with his humans and is just an all-around chill dog. Drew is approx. 3, neutered, up to date on vaccines and heartworm negative.
