About Debo

Meet Debo! He's a sweet and loving pit/cur mix, about 1-2 years old. Abandoned by his family, he was found tied up to a playground in a residential neighborhood. Alone and scared he couldn't even seek cover from the elements, as he waited for his fate to unfold. As fortune would have it, a kind soul was at the right place and time to help this poor guy find sanctuary. Now after some vetting, love and a few square meals, Debo is a happy go lucky playful pup that's ready for his forever home. He does great with children, strangers and other dogs. Not very friendly to neighborhood cats but could probably learn to cohabitate with household felines, given training and patience; as he is food motivated and eager to please his handler. Not much of a barker or a chewer (luckily). Debo loves to go for walks and will bring you the leash when it's time for the evening stroll. He is also one hell of a copilot and always ready to ride with his human! Debo is kennel trained and learning leash etiquette. He is working on basic commands such as Sit, Stay and Come. Debo is vetted, vaccinated, neutered and on a monthly preventative. Home checks are required. Please do not contact if you are not willing to allow a home visit.
