About Margo

Margo is a very shy but smart as a whip Austrian Shepard mix. She has had some Obstacles to overcome in her very short life. She is very loving, dog friendly, and treat motivated. She loves her chew toys and like most Shepard's loves to remove the Squeaker . She is kennel trained and a distemper survivor. She was found in the streets abandoned after her momma was hit by a car and picked up by her rescuer and bottle-fed until she was able to eat on her own. Then the temporary home she was staying with had an outbreak of distemper in which Margo survived but not all her siblings did. Margo then was transferred to our rescue after an AC case for neglect and abuse and we've been working with this sweet girl on her social skills. She has been thriving and doing well and is now ready for her forever family. Margo is heart-worm negative and microchip. She is patiently waiting for her chance to have a loving forever family. She would do well with an active family and other dogs.
