About Cooper

ADOPTION PENDING. Hi !! Cooper here ... I'm a 7 year old, full tailed chocolate cocker mix boy weighing in at 39 lbs ( yes maybe a diet may be in my future), although I am quite tall so I may just be big boned :-). My foster mom says I am full of love and playfulness and am quite the handsome hunk. I enjoy walks, treats, belly rubs and playing with my fur friends. I also enjoy naps on the couch close to my human. I'm a super smart boy and know how to sit and shake. Oh, I get along great with others dogs but these things called cats I have never seen so that's an unknown. Sadly, I was in pretty bad shape when I entered the shelter where the kind folks at FCCR were contacted to take me into their safe haven. My ears were very infected and matted. I am feeling so much better now and am ready to find my forever home---I need a quiet home since loud noises scare me and I can be shy and timid at first---but I am a really good boy and will warm up to you V-E-R-Y quickly once I know you will love me and not hurt me.
