About Rowdy

7 month old American Staffordshire terrier, not a rescue or stray, and was last of litter and has been living with my grandma and uncle since he was 6 weeks old. He is a very loving and loyal dog who loves to play and has endless energy. He has not been given the opportunity to socialize with or be around other dogs besides one other dog who doesn't play well with other dogs, but despite the aggressive behavior from the other dog towards him he has never reacted with aggression back, in fact he reacts by removing himself from the environment and avoids confrontation. He wants to play, but has only had the chance to with the dog that doesn't play well with other dogs, and needs to be given the opportunity to socialize with dogs that do play well with other dogs. He doesn't do well with cats, as he likes to chase them. He is a very intelligent, loving, loyal and sweet pup who loves human companionship and wants to play A LOT! High energy breed, with the potential to be a perfect companion for an active owner that will commit to ensuring he gets the exercise and mental stimulation he needs, as well as willingness and committed to train him and is confident and comfortable with making sure the pup knows who's the boss.
