About Diamond

Diamond is back with us. Her new person had to leave state for his job and could not take her with him. She was happy to see us here at the shelter. Diamond is the sweetest girl. She loves the outdoors. If you need a hiking, fishing, or walking buddy she is you girl. She prefers being outside to being inside. Diamond cannot seem to get enough time outside. She loves walking through the woods. Diamond is great at being next to her person and using them for a leaning post. She is looking for a forever kind of love. Diamond is 4 years old. She was surrendered to us because she does not like cats, and the owner feared for his chickens and other small animals. Diamond is a big lovable sweetheart. Diamond loves to go on walks and play outside. She loves food and treats if any kind. Diamond has never been taught any manners, but with treats is should not be hard to train her. She is currently working on not pulling when walking on leash and sitting for treats. Diamond tends forget that she is a large dog and just wants to be close to you, so there is the possibility that she could knock over a smaller child easily. Diamond is a happy girl and loves everyone that she has met while being here. Diamond currtly weighs about 40 pounds. She is heartworm negative but is being treated for Lyme.
