About Sunshine

This beautiful girl, along with Autumn and a kitten, came to us from a absolutely horrid situation! Thankfully, they are away from there and safe with us now. The home they were in kept them in carriers (yes, you read that right). When we took possession of them, they were completely covered in fleas, urine, and feces! They were immediately given baths, treated for fleas, and dewormed. The kitten, Leeloo, has since gone to her forever home. And, before long, Sunshine's and Autumn's true personalities started to show. These girls have been spayed, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped, and tested negative for feline leukemia, FIV, and heartworm. Sunshine is ready now to find her happily ever after family! Sunshine came to us with about a third of her tail missing. After doing a little investigating, we discovered she'd had a badly infected injury to her tail, which then had to be amputated. She would do best in a quieter home without small children, due to the sensitivity in her tail. She does not like it touched much. She is a quieter girl who is loving and sweet. She has only met the foster homes two medium sized dogs through a baby gate, but no hissing, even when nose to nose! Please consider giving this much deserving girl her forever home.
