About Laura

This is Laura. She is a 2 year old, 5 pound, Terrier mix. She has medium length very wiry hair rather than fur. Laura has experienced some kind of trauma that has left her afraid and reactive towards men. We are hoping we can find little Laura a quiet female only home where she can be given the time she needs to blossom into the amazing dog she is meant to be. With women she is happy, playful and just full of life. We have found her to be reactive around large dogs which suggests that she may have been a stray at some point, for this reason we think that a single pet home would be the best. Laura has been with us about three months. She makes friends slowly. However once you are in her accepted group, you are in forever. Laura is funny, animated, loves to go on walks or explore our fenced yard on her own. She is spotlessly clean in her crate and sleeps quietly through the night and anytime she is left. She enjoys car rides and is fine at the vet. Laura loves her breakfast and dinner time. Mostly she loves being with her trusted people. She is in great health with all vaccines updated, heartworm negative, micro-chipped, dewormed and treated for fleas and ticks.
