SARCO - ID#A1996260 Sarco here is more than just a perfect patchwork face. He's a soulful guy who's been through recent housing insecurity. We really want to find him a home where he can feel safe and sound. Sarco is 4 years old and 53 lbs. He was surrendered to South LA shelter (transferred later to North Central) on 8/26/21 with his buddy, Hancho, due to 'moving and cannot keep.' Sarco is a kind and quiet guy who's treat motivated and loves a good head scratch. He can be a bit jittery with loud noises, and would love a quiet and peaceful place to decompress and settle into a new and happy life. While at the shelter, Sarco was in a playgroup -- he was a bit avoidant of unfamiliar dogs, hiding behind his handler. We think Sarco would do great in a home where he can feel safe and stable, and be given slow and proper intros to other pups. We also believe Sarco will continue to get more confident as he gets the chance to thrive in a real home! Let's change Sarco's luck from rough to ROOF over his head!
