About Lolly

Adoption Fee: $375
Border Collie / German Shepherd
Age: Puppy
Sex: Female

Lolly is a goofy, gorgeous, friendly, social, and affectionate gal looking for a loving family! Pal's Place rescued this sweet pup from an overburdened animal control facility in rural Kentucky. She appears to be a Border Collie/Shepherd type mix and is about a year old. She weighs 45 pounds, so a great medium size, not too large, not too small! Lolly is a happy dog that is very excited about life! She loves making new friends, her tail is in constant motion, and she always has a smile on her face. She has not had much in training and can be a bit excitable when first meeting people and new situations, but she calms down after a few minutes. Lolly's ideal home will be with guardians who can help her work on her manners and some basic obedience with her and guardians who can provide her with lots of exercise and playtime throughout the day. She is crate trained, housebroken, and well-behaved in the home. Lolly is being fostered with multiple other dogs and does well with everyone. She can come on a bit strong with other dogs at first and can be a bit of an alpha female, but overall, she does well in the pack and enjoys running around the yard and wrestling with her foster siblings. Lolly is spayed, microchipped, up-to-date with age-appropriate vaccines, and started on flea and heartworm prevention. She is currently in a foster home in Chicago and can be seen by appointment only after an application has been submitted and approved.
